Yes, you can add multiple payment methods to your account. Here's how it works:

• You can store multiple credit/debit cards
• You can have both PayPal and credit card methods
• Set one as your default payment method
• Choose which to use for each transaction

To manage multiple payment methods:

1. Login to your client area
2. Go to "Billing" → "Payment Methods"
3. Click "Add New Payment Method"
4. Follow the prompts to add additional methods

If a payment fails, here's what happens:

• Immediate Notification: You'll receive an email about the failed payment
• Grace Period: Services continue for 7 days while we retry
• Automatic Retry: We'll attempt to charge again after 3 days
• Service Suspension: If payment fails after retries, services may be suspended
• Data Preservation: Your data is preserved for 30 days after suspension

To resolve failed payments:

1. Update your payment method in the client area
2. Ensure sufficient funds are available
3. Contact your bank if there are restrictions
4. Or contact our billing department for assistance

PDTHosting does not charge any additional fees for payments. However:

• SSLCommerz: No fees from us (mobile wallets or local cards may have standard network checkout fees if applicable)
• Credit/Debit Cards: No fees from us (your bank may charge foreign transaction fees)
• PayPal: No fees from us (PayPal may charge depending on your account)
• Cryptocurrency: Network/blockchain fees apply
• International Payments: Currency conversion fees may apply by payment provider

All prices shown on our website are the total amount you'll be charged. There are no hidden fees.

Invoices and receipts are automatically generated and available in your client area:

To access invoices:

1. Login to your client area
2. Go to "Billing" → "My Invoices"
3. Click on any invoice to view details
4. Click "PDF" to download a printable version

Invoice features:

• Professional layout with your company details
• Tax/VAT breakdown if applicable
• Payment method used
• Transaction ID and date
• Suitable for accounting/tax purposes

Service delivery process:

• Automated Activation: Services paid via SSLCommerz (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/local cards) are automatically activated instantly.
• Manual Activation: Services paid via PayPal or Cryptocurrency require manual verification. Please open a billing ticket with your payment reference or transaction hash to activate your service (within 1 to 12 hours).
• Account Details: Login credentials and service information are sent to your registered email upon activation.
• Client Area Access: You can manage your services anytime from your client dashboard.

• Merchant of Record: Stripe manages payment processing, tax calculation, regulatory compliance, and invoicing for applicable purchases.
• No Card Storage: PDTHosting does not store full credit or debit card details on its servers.
• Currency Conversion: Prices may be displayed in USD, but Stripe may process payments in your local currency depending on your location.
• Order Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase.
• Service Delivery: Hosting services are delivered digitally and automatically provisioned through our client portal, and login details will be sent to your registered email address.
