You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
All services provided by PDTHosting must be used in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Violation of our AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
All fees are quoted in US dollars. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account according to the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis depending on the billing cycle you select.
Services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel services you no longer wish to use.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting plans only. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, and administrative fees are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
Accounts not paid by the due date may be suspended. Accounts suspended for non-payment may be subject to a reinstatement fee. Accounts unpaid for 30 days may be terminated and all data deleted.
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may request a credit according to our SLA.
We provide technical support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Support is available via ticket system, with priority given to paid support plans.
While we perform regular backups of our systems, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. We recommend keeping local copies of all important files.
You retain all rights to the content you upload, publish, or display on our services. By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
All PDTHosting trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand elements are our property. All software, tools, and documentation provided as part of our services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Some services include third-party software licensed under their respective terms. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party licenses.
Certain services provided by PDTHosting may utilize shared or volume licenses (including but not limited to control panel software such as cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, or similar software).
These licenses are owned and managed by PDTHosting or its upstream providers and are provided to customers as part of the hosting service.
Customers do not obtain ownership of such licenses and may not transfer, sublicense, or independently claim rights to them. License availability is subject to the terms imposed by the original software vendors.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
Data may be stored on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.
You may terminate services at any time by canceling your account through the client area or contacting our billing department.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
